Picksy Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Picksy app published by Qariq Apps. By downloading or using Picksy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app

Picksy is an entertainment / party game. Results are random and meant for fun among people who are physically together. It is not a gambling product, not professional advice, and not a guarantee of any real-world outcome.

Age and Adult Mode

You must be allowed to use the App Store or Google Play in your region. Adult Mode and 18+ prompts are for consenting adults. Do not use Adult Mode with minors. You are responsible for how you play with others, including getting consent for dares.

Your content

Custom prompts you add are stored on your device. Do not enter illegal content. We do not review on-device prompts because they never leave your phone unless you share them yourself.

Purchases

In-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google under their store terms. Fees, taxes, refunds, and family sharing follow those store rules. We do not process your payment card directly.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it for harm, or use it to harass others. We may update the app, change features, or retire it over time.

Disclaimer

Picksy is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for disputes, injuries, or embarrassment that arise from dares people choose to perform.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in the Picksy Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
